Rejuvenate your self with Yoga

Yoga is an ancient art of holistic living. Its principles  are based on scientific  fact.In modern High tech era we accustomed  to use  so many tools and appliances to make our lives more comfortable and easy.But in this process of modernization we are going away  from  natural way of living. We are more and more depending on modern High tech  machines and inviting  various lifestyle related problems such as stress,diabetes,obesity,insomnia  migraine etc. Among them stress is most common problem.

Stress may be  positive and negative  . To finish some task on time or to achieve a desired position can create stress in on our mind but it is a positive stress,it motivates but if this stress remain for longer duration and it intensity get increases day by day it can be negative and dangerous stress.  We face stress on various level such as

Physical level/Physical stress.

Mental level or mental stress

 Emotional level or mental stress

As a result of stress  digestion system get disturbed , heart beats and pulse rate goes up. Our metabolism rate goes up also and we feel restless and uncomfortable.

Yoga offer various tools and techniques to fight back with stress. Such as Asana,Pranayama,Kayotsarg,Meditation etc.Yoga is not a physical culture but a holistic way of living.It not only works at physical level but rejuvenate your  self at subtle level.Yoga works on verious level /kosha such as annamaya -Food  sheath, pranamaya -vital sheath,manomaya- mentsl sheath,vijnanamaya -intellectual sheath and anandamaya kosha-  bliss sheath.

Asana  are not merely a physical exercises or stretching routine but they contain hidden seeds of spiritual development of individual self. Asana prepare strong foundation for physical health,mental peace and spiritual growth.


 Pranayama is an important practice for stress management. Pranayama means control of Breath". "Prana" is life force  or vital energy in the body. On subtle levels prana represents the pranic energy responsible for life , and "ayama" means control or to extend . So Pranayama is "Control of Breath". Means control over mind.

Ancient yogis /sage developed the art of physical and mental relaxation known as Kayotsarg .Kayotsarg is a sanskrit Word consists of two words Kaya & Utsarg . Kaya  refers to Body And utsarg means abandoning . In this  ancient technique  of Kayotsarg yoga sadhak tries to look him self means developing awareness that soul and body are two different entities. And  tries to relax the body and freeing the mind from its various thoughts.It ia advanced stage of Shavasana

Modern medical scientist accept the key role of Meditation  to reduce stress.meditation is a process of stabling mind to a given is the silence of body and mind,

 We can not ignore the signification of Yama (How you treat others) and Niyama (How you treat your self)  in the process of self  rejuvenation. Yama and Niyama are foundation stones of yoga.They help sadhak  to stablehis/her emotions and removes mental sickness/fatigue/darkness &  lead  to follow a holistic ,divine living.

You can rejuvenate your self by yoga and live meaning full life.
